Decrease the uses of electricity is also a good method. The topic of using Compact fluorescent lamps(CFLs) to reduce the use of electricity is very heat in the last few months because of Donald Tsang's planed to distribute cash coupons for CFLs to residential electricity account holders in the Policy Address.
I think that this is a good idea because CFLs consume 70% less electricity than incandescent lightbulbs of the same light intensity.The life expectancyof CLFs is generally about 8 to 10 times to that of incandescent.More dollars can be saved on your electricity bill in the long term,and a better living environment can be portrayed. It is a good way to reduce the use of electricity by replacing incandescent light bulbs by CFLs.I think the use of CLFs will increase with the help of the government. What do you think about it?
